workshop with Emilie & Jaime

Join Emilie and Jaime for a peaceful evening of meditation and energy healing at The Well!

During the session, you will be guided through a relaxation for your body while receiving what could be considered a ‘massage for your soul’

While Jaime will be facilitating the relaxation, Emilie will work her reiki magic to help you rebalance the energy flow of your seven chakras.

Reiki is a meditative practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch. Reiki is a beneficial healing modality that is very popular and utilized for health and wellness.
