Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments need a 48h notice. In case of an emergency, please contact me directly.
Your appointments and well-being are very important to me. I understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, I respectfully request at least 24h notice.
If you need to cancel your appointment, please contact me between the hours of 8am–8pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed voicemail message. I will return your call as soon as possible.
Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 24h will result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 75% of the reserved services.
If you are more than 20min late for your service, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
I require a credit card to hold your appointment. Cancellation fees will be charged to your card on file.
In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services.
A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, a no show will result in a full charge of the reserved services.
If you are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath, chills, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell on the day of your appointment, or been exposed or been to an area with a high infection rate of COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment.
In the eventuality that I need to cancel our appointment, I will do my very best to advise you 24h in advance. No fees will obviously be charged. If it is a last minute cancellation, I apologize dearly and I will do my very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.
In order to protect my energy, I do reserve myself the right to refuse to treat anyone at any given time. I'm very careful with the clients I choose to work with, and if this does not feel like an energetical match, I'll gladly refer you to other Reiki practitioners.
