My favourite essential oils

From lemon, lavender, Forgive, Serenity, copaiba to OnGuard, Motivate, siberian fir, and Easy Air, I never play favourites with my oils …. BUT to be honest, there are some I use more than others and here’s why!

Ylang Ylang

A very sensual oil, my fave to add to my beauty products and self-care routine!

The inner child. A powerful remedy for the heart, for releasing emotional trauma from the past. It encourages play and restores a childlike nature and innocence. It assists in accessing intuition or “heart knowing.”

Playful, free, intuitive, emotionally connected, healing, joyful, innocent.

Black Spruce

Along side eucalyptus and siberian fir, and made in Quebec (Canada), Black Spruce is one of my faves!

Stability. Both grounding and stabilizing. Especially helpful in times of crisis, shock, or trauma.Helps return to a balance state. Teach you how to regulate your physical energy by listeningto their body’s rythms and needs. An ally when dealing with fear; subconscious, generational fears.

Stable, resolute, grounded, enduring, balanced.

Adaptiv

The number one oil blend for my anxiety!

Adaptability. Assists with anxious state. Very helpful, when caught in cycles of constriction, tension, worry, solicitude, or uneasiness. Helps you adapt to stressors and fears in more clear, constructive, and confident ways. Invites you to look deeper into the messages behind their emotional manifestations.

Reassured, calm, clear, confident, self-acceptance, liberated, trusting, upheld, safe.

Frankincense

The King of Oils. The one and only. THE oil I had in my face cream every single day.

Truth. Reveals deception and false truths. Invites you to let go of lower vibrations, lied, deceptions, and negativity. Recalls to memory spiritual understanding, gifts, wisdom, and knowledge that the soul brought into the world. Assists in pulling the “scales of darkness” from the eyes, the barriers from the mind, and the walls from the heart. Connects the soul with its inner light.

Enlightened, loved, protected, wisdom, discerning, spiritually open, connected to father.

Lime

Taste so good in my smoothies!

Zest for life. Elevates you above the mire, when you have been weighed down by discouragement or grief. Instills courage and cheer in the heart and reminds you to be grateful for the gift of life. Cleanses the heart, especially when there has been and accumulation of emotional toxins due to avoidance or repression.

Courageous, emotionally honest, engaged, revitalized, determined, grateful for life.

Bergamot

When I don’t feel like drinking alcohol, I had a few drops in my sparkling water! Makes me feel like I’m having some bubbly!

Self-acceptance. Relieves feelings of despair, self-judgment, and low self-esteem. Supports you when you are in need of self-acceptance and self-love. Has a cleansing effect on stagnant feelings and limiting belief systems. Awakens the soul to hope and offers courage to share the inner self.

Optimistic, confident, hopeful, lovable, good enough, self-love

Immortelle

My go-to when my skin is in desperate need of love and care or when pimples decide to break out all over my face!

Spiritual Insight. Assists the connection between spirit and body, heaven and earth. Encourages positive states of being and supports the development of faith, hope, gratitude, kindness, love, patience, and trust. Wonderful aid for meditation as it quiets the mind, fosters inner stillness, and encourages spiritual growth.

Hopeful, spiritual transformation, faith, trust in the divine, grace, still
